Nayika Devi, the Warrior Queen is a Historical drama set in the 12th century. The film is about India's first female warrior.

When the cowardly bureaucrat Catus Decianus breaks a peace treaty with the Iceni by brutalizing and humiliating their queen Boudica and her daughters the Iceian and allies join the queen in a campaign of revenge against the Romans. They plunder Roman cities killing all the inhabitants and burning the cities to the ground until a vastly outnumbered Roman legion faces Boudica's furious hoard.

Nayika Nayakan (transl. Heroine, Hero) is an Indian Malayalam-language reality TV talent show which was broadcast on Mazhavil Manorama channel from 28 May 2018 to 17 October 2018. The show's jury was headed by film director Lal Jose and actors Kunchacko Boban and Samvrutha Sunil.The reality show features 16 young talents, 8 boys, and 8 girls, who aspire to be the next superstars of Mollywood. The reality show had various rounds, both indoor and outdoor, where the contestants were judged for their performances. Many challenging tasks like pursuing real-life characters, enacting popular stories, to taking up risky stunts, the show had it all. On the finale, Shambhu Menon and Darshana S. Nair were declared the winners of the show by Lal Jose and the lead pair for his upcoming Malayalam feature film Solomonte Theneechakal(2022). The runners-up of the show Vincy Aloshious and Addis Antony Akkara were selected to play pivotal roles in the film.
